The main elements of our consultancy and advisory support are the RegioPKI® Road Map Study and the RegioPKI® Framework Plan supporting the overall planning and design of the regional infrastructure based on regional development plans, needs and existing structures and ICT systems.

1. RegioPKI® Road Map Study

RegioPKI® Road Map Study is an advisory service module which provides any organisation – public or private – with exceptional insight into the development of identity-centric eServices ranging from paperless processes, identity management and federation to partner chain management, necessary elements e.g. in eBusinesses and when creating and developing new practices and new ways of work within the organisations. Initially designed and implemented for a large multi-national corporation, the road map enables organisations to design digital future strategies based on a clear and practical plan.

The RegioPKI® Road Map Study consists of different elements:

• Assessment of needs and definition for strong authentication scenarios and implications

The RegioPKI® Road Map Study is the first step towards take up of the digitalised paperless processes and eServices.

The Road Map Study is a stand alone advisory service module, which can be carried out independently from any other engagements related to other RegioPKI® products or services.

The Road Map Study is suitable for any organisation willing to have an overall view of their situation concerning identity-centric eServices and paperless processes.

2. RegioPKI® Managed PKI Service Level Plan

RegioPKI® Managed PKI Service Level Plan module uses the results of the Road Map and includes overall planning of the implementation of the regional PKI structure, creation of Certificate Policies, technical and organisational requirements and specifications. It provides the framework for a Servicel Level Agreement for deploying and maintaining a comprehensive PKI service.

The RegioPKI® Plan supports in planning and provision of the necessary structures, elements and components needed to run PKI-based services within the region, city or organisation.
