The
Regio PKI® system enables all public, NGO's, business communities and
citizens to start using paperless processes and eServices when and
where appropriate.
RegioPKI® supports:

Interactive electronic two-way case handling transactions and processes
within the organisations for their daily routines (back- and

of eServices to citizens and businesses and with other organisations

RegioPKI® eServices Platform solution
Manages
all your digitally signed documents and transfers these securely
through the paperless processes to the right persons within and outside
of your organisation
The
eServices Platform solution comprises the design, implementation and
setting up of the main component, the OSCI protocol (*) based Governikus™ middleware system (**)
, and the eService management structure for region, city or individual
organisation. The eServices platform enables fully electronic and
legally binding paperless interaction processes and eServices between
users and within organisations (back- and front-offices) and with other
organisations. The system integrates diverse applications from simple
message transport or complex data transfer to direct data copying into
back-office systems. It enables secured electronic communication
(emails), legal and financial transactions with citizens, customers,
business communities, etc. using strong authentication and digital
signatures.
RegioPKI ® eServices Platform allows you to set up and run all your eServices, which you have planned.

the OSCI protocol (On-line Services Computer Interface, XML encryption
and signatures) is the first European open protocol taken widely into
daily use enabling electronic paperless and secured transactions. It
has already been taken as the de facto standard in Germany for
electronic communication using strong authentication and digital
signatures between and within public authorities.
(**) BOS Governikus™ is an authentication, digital signature and encryption middleware using OSCI protocol. Actually
it has already been taken into use in all 16 German States (Länder) and
for secure transactions between citizens and the Federal administration
including back-office services. It is also in use in a number of other
large organisations in Germany . Governikus has interfaces to specific
administrative procedures and supporting ICT systems. Governikus also
supports data collection from interactive forms and direct transferring
into the back-end systems. Governikus conforms to W3C standards and JCP
on every level and it uses platform independent technologies such as
Java and XML.
